Andrew Cainey is a board advisor on China, Asia, geopolitics, and business strategy, with over 35 years of experience across the region's major business centers. He currently serves as a Senior Associate Fellow at RUSI (Royal United Services Institute), a Non-Executive Director of Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc, and a Senior Advisor to both Boston Consulting Group and Lumen Capital Investors. Prior roles include heading Tony Blair's Asian Government Advisory business, China Managing Partner at Booz & Company, and leading BCG's Asian Financial Institutions Practice. Andrew holds a First Class MA from Cambridge and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Kennedy Scholar.
