Jorge Titinger

  • Jorge Titinger

Jorge is a technology industry leader, chairman of the board, and advisor with over 35 years of experience leading and transforming international companies. He built his career in the semiconductor and high-performance computing sectors, holding senior management positions at HP, Applied Materials, KLA, and FormFactor before serving as president and CEO of Verigy and Silicon Graphics International (SGI). Jorge is chairman of Axcelis Technologies and CEO of Titinger Consulting, where he advises CEOs and boards of directors on strategy, transformation, leadership, and governance. He also serves on the boards of FormFactor and Ichor Systems and has chaired or served on compensation, governance, audit, and cybersecurity committees. Named to the NACD's "Directorship 100" list in 2023 and 2024, he is an award-winning author and a sought-after speaker on leadership, inclusion, and board effectiveness. He holds three degrees from Stanford University.

Jorge's Board Advisory Service is shaped by having sat on both sides of the table. He has been the CEO in the room presenting to the board, and the director asking the hard questions. That dual lens operator and board leader is what he offers.

His work centers on three areas. First, helping CEOs and senior leaders navigate transformation: strategy, organizational performance, M&A, and the leadership challenges that determine whether change actually sticks. Second, helping boards govern AI and technology not as technical subjects but as enterprise transformation bets translating complexity into oversight language and actionable decisions. Third, building the human capital systems that sustain high performance through disruption, because in his experience, most AI and digital initiatives fail not because the technology doesn't work, but because the organization wasn't ready to absorb it.

He brings this through advisory work, CEO coaching, board education, and peer dialogue grounded in 35 years of global operating experience and over 20 years in the boardroom. His perspective is direct: technology creates potential, but organizations create value. That's the conversation he helps leaders have.

  • FAMILY OFFICE BOARD ACADEMY

Governance for Family Enterprises, Family Offices and Enduring Legacies

A practical three-day program for founders, familyshareholders, next-generation leaders andindependent directors.

Family governance is not primarily about control. It is about making better decisions, preserving trust, preparing successors and building institutions that can outlast any one leader.

Designed and facilitated by Jorge Titinger

    Why This Program?

Family enterprises face governance questions that conventional corporate-board programs rarely address. The same individuals may simultaneously be owners, family members, directors, executives, and beneficiaries. Decisions about strategy, succession, dividends, talent, and risk therefore carry both economic and relational consequences.

The Family Office Board Academy helps families create governance that is clear enough to guide decisions, flexible enough to evolve across generations, and disciplined enough to protect both enterprise value and family unity.

    Who Should Attend?

    · Founders and controlling shareholders preparing for institutional continuity

    · Family members serving—or preparing to serve—on operating-company or family-office boards

    · Next-generation leaders and future stewards of family wealth
    · Independent directors, family-office executives and trusted advisors

    · Families considering the creation or professionalization of a boarderprise value and family unity.

He brings the same practical lens to trade and investment frameworks, regional scenarios, and the strategic choices organizations face as the global order shifts.

Most importantly, Andrew helps leaders win with China in the mix, whether engaging as a customer, supplier, partner, or competitor. Drawing on deep experience, he translates geopolitical complexity into clear strategy and concrete action.
