He has a passion for helping people to develop their capabilities, gain clarity over objectives, deepen their self‑awareness, and achieve their aspirations. He brings more than 25 years of experience working across 60 different countries with successful individual leaders, executive teams, and boards as an advisor, coach, and mentor. This gives him a grounded understanding of the realities and pressures of senior leadership.
