1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Global CEO & Boards website and your participation in our membership program. By accessing our site or becoming a member, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Membership Criteria

Membership is exclusively available to individuals who currently hold or have held C-level executive roles (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO) or board positions (executive or non-executive). All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Our Membership Criteria: 

Admission to our premier global platform is granted exclusively to individuals who have reached the pinnacle of executive and governance leadership. Our comprehensive assessment evaluates candidates based on a deep executive history, requiring a sustained period of operational and strategic command typically spanning a minimum twelve years. This must be complemented by a distinguished governance record that demonstrates a clear board service trajectory and includes significant, substantive roles on corporate, advisory, or non-profit boards. We prioritize leaders whose roles have involved multinational scope and influence, steering organizations that command substantial resources and economic impact across regions. Furthermore, we look for evidence of versatile sector exposure and contributions that demonstrate agility, such as a founder's vision or successful capital deployment experience. This meticulous selection process ensures our members represent an elite, globally connected peer group capable of driving world-class dialogue and value.

3. Application and Approval Process

To apply for membership, applicants must complete the online form provided on our website www.globalceoandboards.com. Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by our admissions team. If approved, applicants will be invited to proceed with payment. If an application is declined, no payment will be processed and the decision is final.

4. Membership Fees and Payment Terms

Membership Fee

• One-Time Membership Fee: USD 1,000 + taxes.  A single investment to initiate your membership.

• Yearly Enrollment Fee: USD 1,000 + taxes. For a full year, and secure your place in a high-impact community

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Membership is billed in advance and renews automatically unless cancelled. Failure to maintain payment will result in account deactivation. Accounts will be reactivated upon receipt of outstanding dues.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

The One-Time Membership Fee of USD 1,000, is non-refundable.

Members may cancel their membership at any time via their account dashboard on the OnBoard community or by contacting our support team at hello@globalceoandboards.com

For annual memberships paid in advance, unused months will be refunded at a monthly rate of USD 80. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused benefits.  

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct deemed inappropriate, unethical, or damaging to the reputation of Global CEO & Boards or its community.

7. Use of Member Content

By joining, members grant Global CEO & Boards a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to use their:

- Name, image, and professional biography  
- Photographs and video recordings taken during events, webinars, or interviews  
- Testimonials, quotes, and public contributions

This content may be used for promotional purposes across digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and website features. Members may opt out of specific uses by written request, subject to reasonable limitations.

8. Access to Seller Services

Members gain access to a curated network of vetted service providers offering preferential rates on services such as executive coaching, legal advisory, branding, and more. Global CEO & Boards is not liable for the performance or outcomes of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital assets, is the property of Global CEO & Boards S.A.C.S. or its licensors. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

11. Limitation of Liability

Global CEO & Boards S.A.C.S. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, reputation, or data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lima-Peru. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lima-Peru.
