BoardCircles: Member Guidelines

1. Purpose of the Circles

Monthly BoardCircles exist to create a collaborative space where senior leaders share their knowledge and experiences and advance their boardroom capabilities.

There are two types of BoardCircles:

  • Global Women on Boards (GWOB): Focuses on issues that affect women in the boardroom. Open to both men and women.
  • GlobalBoards: Focuses on technical board topics, including board effectiveness, strategic oversight, fiduciary duties, and Chair excellence.

Both sessions are held monthly via Zoom and last 90 minutes.
